Rather Odd Valparaiso

Bored, tired sick of the long winter. The solution is here. While travelling in chile I came across one of the most unique cities in the world Valparaiso.
Built on the side of a hill, each subdivision is a unique taste of life in Valparaiso. From the stunning colours to crazy garffite, there is a reason Valparaiso is a world heritage city.
